Bowie bids farewell

Grant Bowie, the man who led Wynn Macau from concept to reality when he joined the property back in 2004, is bidding farewell to Macau after three and a half years.

Ian Coughlan, who joined Wynn Macau from the Peninsula Group in January this year, will now take over Bowie's responsibilities as the President of Wynn Macau. Coughlan has served as General Manager of the Peninsula Hong Kong, Peninsula Bangkok and held numerous roles with Ritz-Carlton Hotels & Resorts and the Mandarin Oriental Group.

"We are delighted to have a man of Ian's caliber stepping in to continue providing an unparalleled resort experience at Wynn Macau," Steve Wynn, Chairman of Wynn Resorts, Limited said in a press statement.
