Macau average stay: 1.16 nights

Macau’s average night stay for the month of April has not changed since one year ago – remaining at 1.16 nights – even with the arrival of new hotel rooms on the scene, according to the Statistics and Census Service.

At the end of April 2007, Macau had a total of 13,049 rooms, up 15.2 per cent from the same time last year.

Macau received 353,816 package tourist arrivals in April, up 29.7 per cent over April 2006. More than 68.7 per cent of package tour visitors came to Macau from mainland China.
